A: Simply use the "Upload Image" button on the product page (right above the "Add to Cart" button) to select your pet's photo before checking out.

Q2: Will the final product look exactly like my screen?

A: Please Note: Due to different monitor settings (RGB) and the professional UV printing process (CMYK), slight color variations may occur between the digital preview and the physical product. We strive for 95% accuracy to ensure the best artistic result!

Q3: Will I see the design preview before printing?

A: Yes! A digital preview will be sent to your email. To ensure timely delivery, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will proceed with production automatically.

Q4: Can I request changes to the design?

A: We aim for perfection! Minor adjustments can be requested within the 48-hour window after receiving your preview. Once production begins, no further changes can be made.
